A lovely vintage cotton front button day dress. This stunning green and white color-block print dress would be wonderful for summer. The piece buttons in the front with pretty green buttons. The fabric feels like cotton and is a lighter weight, so you may want to wear a slip underneath. The white portion of the cotton is textured as well and the green portion does have an ever so slight brushed effect to the weave (see up close image). Label says Eileen Frock and vintage size 24.5. It would likely best fit a modern Extra Large or 1X, but please see measurements. Dress form is modern Medium for reference.

Good vintage condition- Overall expected wear to piece. There are some marks to the piece that would not come out with multiple soaks. The most obvious to my eye are the pink(ish) marks on the back, but there are also a couple very faint spots as well as yellow marks in other areas when examined closely - many marks were very faint and difficult for me to capture well with camera, but I have tried my best. There are a few loose threads here and there, including on the buttons/buttons holes- but everything feels secure and the threads don’t seem to impact wear/structure at all. Some minor scratches/dents to some buttons. Some wear too to the inner seam allotments, as expected. Not a flaw, but you can see the hand stitching of the hem and the sleeves. There are belt loops, but sadly the original belt is missing. I also don't think this is flaw, but I'll mention it - the green portion appears slightly faded, but it seems very uniform throughout the piece to my eye. I think its an intentional look and is more just the effect of the weave and how it was originally dyed (again see up close images).
